Oreo delight

 Ingredients

 For the Crust

  • Oreo Crumbs: 1 and 1/3 cups of beaten Oreo cookies (reserve about half of cup for topping)
  • Unsalted Butter: 1/3 cup, melted

 For the Cream Cheese Layer

  • Cream Cheese:400gms
  • Powdered Sugar: 1 cup 
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Whipped cream: 1 cup

 For the Chocolate Pudding Layer

  • Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix: 1 package 
  • Cold Milk: 2 cups

 For the Topping

  • Whipped cream: 1 cup
  • Reserved Crushed Oreos: For garnish

Directions:

  1. Prepare Oreo crust:
    • In a bowl, include the crushed oreos to the melted butter until the mixture is well incorporated.
    •  Press the mixture evenly at the bottom of the baking dish. Freeze the crust in refrigerator for about 10 minutes to set.
  2. Create Cream Cheese Layer:
    • In a large bowl, beat the soft cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
    • Fold the gently melted cool whipped cream until fully combined.
    • Spread the mixture of cream cheese evenly on a cold oreo crust. Return the dish to the refrigerator for another 10 minutes.
  3. Make chocolate pudding:
    •  In a separate bowl, whisk together with the instant chocolate pudding mixture and cold milk until the pudding starts to be started to thicken.
    • Carefully pour the pudding layer on the cream cheese layer, ensuring a single spread. 
    • To allow the cooling pudding to be set in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Finish with topping :
    • Once the pudding is set, spread the remaining whipped cream on the top of the pudding layer.
    • Spray the reserved crushed ores generously to add extra crunch and decoration.
  5. Cool and serve:
    •  Cover the dessert and refrigerator for at least 3 hours (or overnight) so that all layers can be fully mixed.
    • Cut into squares and serve the best texture and cold to taste.
