  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala  
  • Salt and black pepper, to flavor  
  • 2 slices of cheese

 Directions

  1. Prepare the Veggies:
    • Boil the potatoes and beetroot until fork-tender but firm sufficient to maintain their form. 
    • Allow them to cool absolutely, then peel and slice them thinly. 
    • Wash and slice the tomato, cucumber, and onion into even rounds for uniformity.
  2. Assemble the Sandwich: 
    • Lay out the bread slices on a smooth floor. Lightly butter one aspect of every slice. On 3 of the slices, unfold a generous layer of green chutney over the unbuttered facet.
