Ingredients

  • Vegetables:
    • 1 large cucumber, finely diced
    • 2 medium tomatoes, deseeded and chopped
    • 1 small crimson onion, thinly sliced
    • 1 bell pepper, diced
    • 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (regulate based on your spice desire)
  • Herbs & Spices:
  • A handful of sparkling cilantro (coriander), chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • Salt and black pepper as per taste

Directions

  1. Mix Items: In a bowl add cucumber, tomatoes, pink onion, bell pepper, and green chilies.
  2. Season: Mix roasted cumin powder, salt and black pepper.
  3. Final Touchup: Add lemon juice and chopped coriander for garnishing.

2. Sprouted Moong Salad

    • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
