- Ingredients Preparation
- First prepare all vegetables. Cut vegetables and chilies in slices. Cut paneer also.
- Sauté aromatics
- Take a pan, heat oil in it, add onions, chilies, and ginger, garlic . Sauté till golden.
- Add spices
- Now add masalas like, turmeric, chili , coriander , and garam masala. Stir properly.
- Add vegetables
- Toss in bell peppers and cook for 2–3 mins till slightly tender.
- Add paneer
- Add paneer and mix to coat with spices.
- Finish with pepper
- Now sprinkle coarsely ground black pepper and stir for 2 mins.
- Garnish
- Add fresh coriander and serve hot.
