Instructions:

  1. Ingredients Preparation
    • First prepare all vegetables. Cut vegetables and chilies in slices. Cut paneer also.
  2. Sauté aromatics
    • Take a pan, heat oil in it, add onions, chilies, and ginger, garlic . Sauté till golden.
  3. Add spices
    • Now add masalas like, turmeric, chili , coriander , and garam masala. Stir properly.
  4. Add vegetables
    • Toss in bell peppers and cook for 2–3 mins till slightly tender.
  5. Add paneer
    • Add paneer and mix to coat with spices.
  6. Finish with pepper
    • Now sprinkle coarsely ground black pepper and stir for 2 mins.
  7. Garnish
    • Add fresh coriander and serve hot.
