- Preparing batter
- Take a bowl, to make a smooth batter , mix gram flour with water . Now, add onions, tomatoes, chilies, turmeric, chili powder, cumin , and salt.
- Heat pan
- Grease a non-stick pan with a touch oil or ghee and heat on medium flame.
- Spread batter
- Pour a spoonful of batter and spread on a pan.
- Add paneer
- Sprinkle grated paneer over the cheela.
- Cook
- Drizzle oil around edges and cook dinner till golden brown. Flip and cook the alternative aspect.
- Serve
- Enjoy with tomato ketchup or green chutney .
