- Preheating oven
- First prepare the oven for baking, preheat oven to 180°C . A kadhai can also be used for baking.
- Mixing ingredients
- Take a bowl, mix besan, flour, suji, sugar, and baking soda .
- Adding ghee
- Mix in ghee till crumbly texture forms.
- Form dough
- Add milk steadily to shape a tender dough.
- Shape cookies
- Divide into small balls, flatten slightly, and location on baking tray.
- Garnish
- Press a cashew or almond half on each cookie.
- Bake
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Cool
- Cool before serving or storing
