    • First prepare the oven for baking, preheat oven to 180°C . A kadhai can also be used for baking.
  2. Mixing ingredients
    • Take a bowl, mix besan, flour, suji, sugar, and baking soda .
  3. Adding ghee
    • Mix in ghee till crumbly texture forms.
  4. Form dough
    • Add milk steadily to shape a tender dough.
  5. Shape cookies
    • Divide into small balls, flatten slightly, and location on baking tray.
  6. Garnish
    • Press a cashew or almond half on each cookie.
  7. Bake
    • Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.
  8. Cool
    • Cool before serving or storing
