  3. Make dough
    • Prepare a soft dough with water and a pinch of salt . Rest for 15 mins.
  4. Stuff paratha
    • Roll out dough balls, location dal aggregate in the middle, fold, and roll again into thick discs.
  5. Cook paratha
    • Heat tawa, roast the paratha with ghee until golden brown spots .
  6. Serve
