Instructions:

  1. Make dough
    • To make dough, Mix suji, flour, baking soda, and water . Rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Shape puris
    • Roll small discs and keep them skinny for crispiness.
  3. Fry puris
    • Take a kadhai, deep fry until golden color . To remove extra oil ,drain on paper towel.
  4. Prepare fillings
    • Mash boiled potatoes , chickpeas with salt and chaat masala.
  5. Make pani
    • Pani is the main flavor in gol gappe. To prepare that, take mint, coriander, green chili, tamarind pulp, and spices with water in blender and blend.
  6. Assemble gol gappe
    • To assenmble , crack the top of every puri, stuff with potato chickpeas, add chutneys, and dip in spicy pani.
  7. Serve
    • Enjoy right away .
