- Prepare masala base
- Take a pan, heat oil in it. Add cumin , and allow them to splutter.
- Sauté aromatics
- Now, add onions and sauté till golden . Add green chilies, ginger and garlic paste .
- Add spices
- Put haldi , red chili and chole masala .Stir for a minute.
- Tomato
- Add puree of tomatoes and cook till oil is separated from the masala. It shows that is masala is cooked properly.
- Add chole
- Now, add boiled chole in the prepared masala. Cook on slow flame for 20 minutes.
- Finish
- To finish the dish, put coriander leaves .
