Instructions:

  1. Marinating chicken
    • First make a marinade ,mix chicken with yogurt, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
  2. Prepare base
    • Take a pan, heat oil or ghee, add cumin , then fry onions until golden. Add gg paste and green chilies.
  3. Add cashew paste
    • Stir in cashew paste and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Cook chicken
    • Add marinated chicken and cook until little brown.
  5. Add spices
    • Add powder of coriander and garam masala.
  6. Add methi leaves
    • Add chopped methi leaves and sauté.
  7. Finish with cream
    • Add cream, simmer for 10 minutes till chicken is soft .
  8. Serve
    • Garnish with cream .
