
This Mughlai curry is mildly spiced, creamy, and ideal for festive occasions . Methi murg malai mixes the flavor of methi with chicken .
Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Marinating chicken
- First make a marinade ,mix chicken with yogurt, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
- Prepare base
- Take a pan, heat oil or ghee, add cumin , then fry onions until golden. Add gg paste and green chilies.
- Add cashew paste
- Stir in cashew paste and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Cook chicken
- Add marinated chicken and cook until little brown.
- Add spices
- Add powder of coriander and garam masala.
- Add methi leaves
- Add chopped methi leaves and sauté.
- Finish with cream
- Add cream, simmer for 10 minutes till chicken is soft .
- Serve
- Garnish with cream .
