
Mango Jam is a preserve of ripe mangoes . Its best to spread on toast, parathas, or adding to cakes. Homemade mango jam does not have any artificial colors .

- Preparing mango pulp
- First step is to preparing the pulp of the mangoes. Make pulp of the mangoes .
- Cook pulp
- Take a heavy-bottomed pan, add mango pulp and water in it. Cook on medium heat for 5–7 mins.
- Add sugar
- Now, add sugar in the mango pulp. Add some lemon juice also. Continue cooking, stir frequently.
- Simmer
- Cook until the mixture thickens and reaches jam-like consistency .
- Test consistency
- Drop a spoon on a plate, if it is set, the jam is ready.
- Cool and shop
- Store the jam in a jar after it is cool. Place jam in the fridge.
