
Navratan Korma is a royal vegetarian curry that balances richness . It has creamy texture, vegetables, paneer, nuts, and fruits. It’s mildly sweet and aromatic.

- Prepare base paste
- Take a pan, boil kaju and onions . Cool the mixture and grind into a paste. Add green chilli also.
- Prepare cauliflower
- Put cauliflower in hot water . Drain the water, and rinse it.
- Fry nuts and paneer
- Take a small pan, add ghee, fry cashews, almonds, raisins, and paneer cubes . keep them aside.
- Cook spices
- Take a kadhai, heat oil, add whole spices . Sauté ginger-garlic paste for some time.
- Make gravy
- Add onion-cashew paste, cook dinner till thick. Add chili powder, haldi, coriander , and salt.
- Add vegetables
- Now, add vegetables, cook for some time.
- Finish
- Now, to finish add paneer, cream, nuts, and kewra water. Stir .
- Garnish
- Garnish with pineapple chunks, pomegranate and raisins before serving.
