Ingredients:
Kunafa Filling:
- 200 g katafi (shredded phyllo dough)
- 50g unsalted butter
- 100g pistachio butter
- 2 tablespoons condensed milk or honey (optional, for sweetness

- 400g Milk / Dark/White Chocolate
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- Prepare to fill the Kunafa:
- Cut the katafi into small pieces and toast it in butter on medium heat until golden and crispy
- Let it cool, then mix pistachio butter and condensed milk until it is bind well
- Melt chocolate:
- Melt the chocolate of milk in a double boiler or microwave (shaking between 30 seconds, in between).
- Add a pinch of sea salt to adjust the sweetness
- Assemble Chocolate Bars:
- Pour a layer of chocolate melted into silicone chocolate molds or rectangular containers.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until it is set slightly.
- Add the kunafa pistachio to the center, lay it with a spoon.
- Pour more melted chocolate on top to fully cover the filling.
- Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes or until full hardness.
- Serve:
- Carefully remove the chocolate bar from the mold and enjoy a rich, nutty and creamy taste.
