- Prepare rajma
- Take rajma in a bowl, wash it and keep in water overnight .
- Sauté aromatics
- Take a pressure cooker or pot , heat oil or ghee in it. Fry onions until golden, add ginger paste ,garlic paste and chilies.
- Add spices
- Now add powder spices like haldi, red chili , coriander and cook for a minute.
- Add tomatoes
- Add tomato puree and cook .
- Add rajma and rice
- Add rajma and rice, mix with masala base.
- Add liquid
- Add water , salt, and stir.
- Cook
- Pressure cook for 3‑4 whistles .
- Finish
- Add garam masala, coriander, and serve .
