Method:

  1. Prepare rajma
    • Take rajma in a bowl, wash it and keep in water overnight .
  2. Sauté aromatics
    • Take a pressure cooker or pot , heat oil or ghee in it. Fry onions until golden, add ginger paste ,garlic paste and chilies.
  3. Add spices
    • Now add powder spices like haldi, red chili , coriander and cook for a minute.
  4. Add tomatoes
    • Add tomato puree and cook .
  5. Add rajma and rice
    • Add rajma and rice, mix with masala base.
  6. Add liquid
    • Add water , salt, and stir.
  7. Cook
    • Pressure cook for 3‑4 whistles .
  8. Finish
    • Add garam masala, coriander, and serve .
